IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Deadline to submit this application form together with the supporting documents No later than 31st July 2023

Payment requirements

On acceptance a 100% (one hundred percent) non-refundable Vendor’s Fee is payable. This fee of R250per day is to be paid by no later than 31st July 2023.

CANCELLATION

Confirmed Vendors who are unable to attend will not be refunded the Vendor’s Fee on cancellation.

The applicant acknowledges that this application only constitutes a binding agreement between the parties once it has been approved and accepted by The Fab Ideas organizers. In the event of the Fab Ideas Christmas Gift Fair approving and accepting this application, the applicant will be notified accordingly and the Vendor’s Fee is then due. Under no circumstances can any food Vendors leave the Gift Fair early and hereby agree they will be present for the duration of the Gift Fair.

All Food Vendors must remove their food trucks/stands/stalls on 21st December 2023, after the Gift Fair closes at 14H00.

I, the undersigned, indemnify the organizers, their employees and agents against any liability of any nature for any damage I, my business and/or my employees may suffer directly or indirectly as a result of theft, breakage, injury, fire, lightning, vis major casus fortuitous or any other cause to the Vendor’s stock or their person.

I, further acknowledge that I have carefully studied the information provided for this year’s Fair and undertake to adhere to all arrangements, deadlines and terms above.

On acceptance a 100% (one hundred per cent) non-refundable Exhibitor’s Registration Fee is payable.

The full table 1,8m Floor Space fee of R595 is to be paid by no later than 1st September 2024.

The half table/0.9m Floor Space fee of R350 is to be paid by no later than 1st September 2024.

CANCELLATION
Confirmed exhibitors who are unable to exhibit will not be refunded any Exhibitor’s Registration Fees on cancellation of exhibiting.

1. Wall space is limited due to our new venue and unable to guarantee. Please make sure you email your display.
2. Clothing rails may need to pay for 2 spaces if their rails are too large and take up extra space.
3. Please type excel stock sheet. No handwritten sheets will be acceptable.
4. All stock sheets must be emailed in excel format. (NO PDFS).
5. Deadline to submit this application form together with the supporting documents: NO later than 31st July 2024.
6. All exhibitors will be notified of acceptance on or before the 12th August 2024.
7. Deadline to submit registration fees NO later than the 1st September 2024.
8. Payments to all exhibitors will be paid no later than 31st December 2024.
9. No changes to products or prices will be accepted after this date or during the Gift Fair.
10. Please note: You will be required to provide your own white tablecloths.

Unsold Stock
The remaining unsold stock may only be collected on Thursday 19th December 2024 between 17:00 - 18:30. The venue will charge an additional fee for any stock not collected within these times.

The applicant acknowledges that this application only constitutes a binding agreement between the parties once it has been approved and accepted by The Fab Ideas organizers. In the event of the Fab Ideas Christmas Gift Fair approving and accepting this application, the applicant will be notified accordingly and the Exhibitors Fess is then due.

I, the undersigned, indemnify the organizers, their employees and agents against any liability of any nature for any stock theft or damage I, my business and/or my employees may suffer directly or indirectly as a result of theft, breakage, injury, fire, lightning, vis major casus fortuitous or any other cause to the exhibitors stock or their person and acknowledge that any stock not collected after 18:30 on the 19th December 2024 will be forfeited and not paid for by the Fab Ideas organizers, their employees and or agents.

I, further acknowledge that I have carefully studied the information provided for this year’s market and undertake to adhere to all arrangements, deadlines and terms above. The organizers of Fab Ideas act only as hosts of the venue from where I sell my products.
