IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All exhibitors will be notified of acceptance on the 5th August 2023

Deadline to submit registration fees NO later than 31st  August 2023

  • Payments to all exhibitors will be paid no later than 7th January 2023

No changes to products or prices will be accepted after this date or during the Gift Fair.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

On acceptance a 100% (one hundred per cent) non-refundable Exhibitor’s Registration Fee is payable.

The full table 1,8m Floor Space fee of R550 is to be paid by no later than 31st August 2023.

The half table 0.9m Floor Space fee of R300 is to be paid by no later than 31st August 2023.

CANCELLATION

Confirmed exhibitors who are unable to exhibit will not be refunded any Exhibitor’s Registration Fees on cancellation of exhibiting.
