IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All exhibitors will be notified of acceptance on the 12th August 2024

Deadline to submit registration fees NO later than 31st August 2024

  • Payments to all exhibitors will be paid no later than 31st December 2024

No changes to products or prices will be accepted after this date or during the Gift Fair.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

On acceptance a 100% (one hundred per cent) non-refundable Exhibitor’s Registration Fee is payable.

The full table 1,8m Floor Space fee of R595 is to be paid by no later than 31st August 2024.

The half table 0.9m Floor Space fee of R350 is to be paid by no later than 31st August 2024.

CANCELLATION

Confirmed exhibitors who are unable to exhibit will not be refunded any Exhibitor’s Registration Fees on cancellation of exhibiting.
